Dream Journal

This is my journal of my dreams. I got this amazing idea from www.dreamviews.com and you should check it out. Feel free to comment, everybody dreams weird things sometimes, and you only remember the weirdest ones most of the time!

In Toronto I didn't have time to write down me dreams, I only dreamed twice anyways:

1. I am in a bar, and I get away with buying something blue and supposedly alcoholic. I wander around after and the scene switches to something weird, I keep waiting for the drink to kick in but it never does. "ha," I think, "alcohol doesn't affect me that strongly."

2. One of the candidates with me in Toronto has a horrible English accent when trying to speak French, even though he says he lived with French for the first two years of his life. I dream that he's got an amazing french accent. Yeah I guess I really felt sorry for him.

Me and My Dad go to see a movie - Batman, I think (though the plot has nothing to do with the real movie.) Halfway through we're up on the stage (yes stage, not screen) and I am about to day 'hey this is the part where he blows up- " then my dad says "shh" because we've both seen it before. The only thing on stage is a villainous looking car and a hand reaches out to flick a switch or something. It'll blow up later, (which it never does). I'm on stage still, Dad's gone, and I'm given a small little thing, it's a trumpet supposedly but it's just a cone with a mouthpiece. It later simplifies to just a plastic white cone, no mouthpiece. I'm supposed to play it - I have a real trumpet with me but the one I'm given is supposedly better. I never end up playing it, another person plays it - they play last post. I look at the crowd and now it's a remembrance day ceremony and there's veterans with blue skin. Last post is played again because one of their fellow veterans died yesterday and they're crying. Then the veterans are up behind the stage and a kind woman gives them candy canes (leftover from Christmas, she says) because she felt sorry for them. She was going to give them honey (or was it almonds?) but there was no honey. I look around and the only other thing is a table in the corner with lattuce and some salad stuff on top of cardboard boxes. Now I'm with Jenn and Rachel and Jenn says that she already got her almonds, and they're chocolate covered. We're out on a balcony of the building which is rather large and not really looking at all like a movie theatre. Then we're walking along a beach. Across the water there is the ferry terminal and a nice restaurant. Before that is a small island with a peculiar looking house on it, with no apparent purpose. We're talking about food. "Want to go have dinner together?" I asked Jenn, and she looked at me and said "at what restaurant?" "Which one is cheapest?" I ask back, and the one across the water is. We swim out to the house, and then some guy and Rachel both take off swimming to the other side because they want to eat and they can make it. I don't think I can, and neither does Jenn think so. So we both sit down in the sand. The end.

O yes, I also dreamed about writing this dream down on my sticky note pad - using a pencil, and it takes me a whole bunch of sheets to write it.

I needed a new toothbrush - the one I had was too old, I guess. So I look in the cabinet where we have out toothbrushes, and in all the boxes we have with toothbrushes all I could find was pencils - pencils, pens, and some ugly, chunky toothbrushes that I didn't want to use. It was very frustrating.

I'm in school (this is after march break and, somehow, before I go away for Toronto). John finally got his new glasses - we're in French class and I'm asking him to get me copies of next week's bio notes.

1. ok, there's this rope. it fell down, and now we need to get it back up to - the ceiling? The sky? The way we do is very strange; has something to do with running - maybe the pure inertia pulls it up, dunno. There's a bird, or some sort of creature (possibly winged dragon) up on top that grabs it and puts it in its proper place. Sometimes I see myself from below the 'sky' and sometimes I'm up there, looking down.

2. I'm on the side of a pool, and someone is beside me. We have our feet in the water.
